UPDATE 28/10/2023: On our recent visit, we were informed that none of the food is safe for celiacs. Everything is likely to be cross-contaminated, including the french fries, which are fried in the same oil as other foods. The chef explicitely said that Farmacy is not a good place to eat out for peole with celiac dissease.

Amazing Levantine – Eastern European restaurant with nearly all dishes on their menu gluten free. There’s two locations, one in Queensway and one in South Kensington. The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free diet and cross contamination and prepare foods safely.
